We need your receipt or an email address to assist us in finding your order.  We are unable to process an exchange, return or refund without one.

Born Outdoor's return period expires 30 days after the day you received your goods. The refund will exclude any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase.  

• Born Outdoor will issue a refund within 14 days from receipt of the unused goods. 
• A 5% handling / re-stocking fee will be applied for unused items in the original packaging.
• A 25% handling / re-stocking fee will be charged for any used items.
• The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the goods.

Born Outdoor Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Born Outdoor. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of the product. Born Outdoor will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. To obtain warranty service, please contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Our Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and you must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care and safety instructions.

• The customer must provide proof as to the date of purchase.
• You must have purchased the product from a Born Outdoor authorized dealer

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear-and-tear,
• Cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety, such as loose threads, scuffs, or stains,
• UV Damage because the sun eventually breaks down all fabric,
• Accidents that damage the product, such as rips and tears caused by bears, dogs, badgers or sharp objects like knives and pointy sticks or burns from fire embers or volcanos.
• Altering the product to change the functionality, or not used for its intended purpose.  Using Born Outdoor products as a traction board to get your vehicle unstuck is an example of unintended.
